PROCEDURE ON HOW TO SUBMIT CLAIM
STEP 1: Go to www.marinebenefits.no website on your browser and click on REGISTER for new members or LOG-IN for existing members.
STEP 2: You may now proceed to log-in with your credentials and verification code.
STEP 3: After verification, you may proceed to the dashboard. Click on ‘My Claims’ and select ‘Filing Guide’ under the dropdown options.
STEP 4: Review and enter all the necessary information.
STEP 5: Input all the necessary details and attach all required documents under Claim Details.
STEP 6: Review and verify if bank information is correct. If all details are correct, kindly proceed to Review and Submit. There will be a prompt once the claim has been successfully submitted.
