If you receive a a ‘No user found’ error when trying to log into the member portal, please follow the below steps:
- Take a screenshot of the error and all the information you entered when trying to log in to the member portal.
- Send the screenshot and error details to mbasmanila@marinebenefits.no for additional verification.
- The team will look into the issue and you will receive a response directly from Marine Benefits with more information.
Please be informed that in Februrary 2026, to enhance account security for our members, Marine Benefits updated the verification method for the member portal and mobile application from SMS to email. Please note that during this transition, members will be required to re‑register their account details, which may be why you are getting a ‘No user found’ error. Please view our FAQ.
