We provide all our clients with full insight into the performance of the insurance cover, meaning; who are the users of the medical insurance, why and how often they are using the service.
Our extensive report on the performance of the insurance, called G+, gives detailed information on how the insurance is being used and by which member groups. It is important to note that the report is fully anonymised to protect personal privacy. The PITA principle stands for Populatio, Incidents, Transactions and Amount and the objective of the analysis is to compare development in members and total cost. If total cost is higher than member development, the cost is developing too fast.
