Wellbeing and readiness at sea

News

Life at sea requires focus, teamwork, and resilience. Sleep, clear communication, and consistent routines all influence how you feel and function onboard and paying attention to these basics helps you stay sharp over time.

Given the current situation in the Middle East, we acknowledge that seafarers may be experiencing added stress and challenges. We therefore want to highlight a selection of courses available to our Re:mind – Online Wellbeing clients, which their seafarers have access to, as well as the option to book sessions with licensed psychologists.

The following courses are designed to support seafarers and help crews stay focused, capable, and prepared at sea. They are short, practical, and tailored for life at sea:

  1. Psychological preparedness for critical incidents
Simple guidance on how to stay clear-headed and calm if something unexpected happens.
  2. Building resilience
Practical ways to strengthen your ability to handle pressure and bounce back after tough days.
  3. Better sleep
Tools to improve rest and recovery, helping you stay focused and balanced.
  4. Post-incident mental recovery
Guidance on processing difficult events and getting back to your normal rhythm.

The courses are designed to help support wellbeing and readiness at sea, and licensed professional help is available if needed, by appointment.
