By systematically studying your crew and benchmarking the results against your industry peers, we can assist with a tailormade programme to enhance good health and a positive work environment. This results in a safer ship and a happier crew.
Re:start
In addition to our Re:fresh health studies, we have developed the follow-up Re:start programme. This is a programme that runs for 12 months based on a 5-step model. Through this the seafarer is empowered to make healthy choices through raised awareness, enhanced motivation, building skills and provided opportunities. The programme requires active participation from you as employer.
