Why am I getting a ‘No user found’ error?

If you receive a a ‘No user found’ error when trying to log into the member portal, please follow the below steps:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error and all the information you entered when trying to log in to the member portal. 
  2. Send the screenshot and error details to mbasmanila@marinebenefits.no for additional verification. 
  3. The team will look into the issue and you will receive a response directly from Marine Benefits with more information.
