Create Account
Open the app and click CREATE ACCOUNT HERE!
Fill in the form
Use the MBAS ID provided in your welcome letter and create your own password.
Click Create Account.
Can’t find your MBAS ID? Go to the live chat.
Sign in
Sign in with your MBAS-ID and the password you created.
Verification
Enter your country code and mobile number to verify account.
Click Send code or Call me
Enter code
Enter the code you received either on sms or by phone call.
Update my details
Check and complete the remaining details in the form.
Click Save.
Register Family
If you have dependents (spouse, children) to register, click yes and continue following the guide.
If you do not, you may exit the guide.
Add family members
Click + to register dependents (spouse, children).
Fill in the form
Fill in the details and click done.
Submit
Once you have registered all eligible family members, select Submit.
Your dependents will be visible when approved by Marine Benefits.
Congratulations
You have now finished this guide and are ready to log in as a member.
