Open Marine Benefits App and click Log in.

Select Login Method
Click the full access login method.
Sign in
Sign in with your MBAS ID and the password you created.
Verification
Enter your country code and mobile number to verify your account.
Click Send code or Call me.
Enter the code you received either on SMS or by phone call.
Claims
Click on claims on dashboard.
Submit new claim
Click on Submit New Claim.
Visit or admission date
Enter the admission / visit then click next.
Fill in details
Select patient and claim type. Click next.
Visit information
Fill in details of visit and click next.
Cost information
Select currency and enter cost information. Click Next.
Total claim must be at least 10 USD.
Upload Documents
Upload supporting documents and click Next.
You must upload at least 3 supporting documents.
Bank information
Verify bank information is correct and click next.
Review and submit
Make sure all information is correct and click submit.
You will then be asked to confirm the information one more time; if correct, click I Declare.
Congratulations!
You have now completed this guide. Claims will be processed in 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
