How to use the plan

Members can access information about the medical plan through the member portal and mobile application. To get started, a membership profile should be activated using the unique MBAS ID provided in the welcome letter. If the MBAS ID is unavailable, Marine Benefits can be contacted via the live chat function on the website or through their local hotline number.
