We are pleased to announce the publication of the female-focused edition of Re:fresh 2024. This report highlights the experiences and perspectives of the 765 female seafarers who participated in the Re:fresh 2024 global survey. These respondents comprise 2% of the overall sample, mirroring the proportion of women within the global seafaring workforce. The report finds that while there are encouraging signs of progress in peer support and policy awareness, there are still areas where improvement needs to be made.
