Initiatives Customers Can Benefit From in 2026

News

This year, we are continuing key activities and introducing new ones that allow us to better understand our members, support our clients, and further advance maritime health and wellbeing.

The activities outlined below reflect our continued commitment to listening, learning, and supporting happier and healthier seafarers.

1. Member Survey 2026

In the upcoming weeks, we will send out a global member survey to gather insights directly from seafarers and their families. Their perspectives will help us understand how they experience their health insurance plan and ensure that our services continue to meet their needs in a rapidly changing maritime environment. Gathering feedback directly from members allows us to see what we are doing well and identify areas where we can improve to continue providing quality healthcare.

2. Industry Engagement

Marine Benefits will continue to attend global maritime, HR, and insurance events throughout the year. Being present allows us to continuously learn from industry leaders, stay close to client needs, and strengthen relationships through direct, face‑to‑face dialogue.

So far, Marine Benefits is confirmed to attend:

  • One Ocean Week – Bergen, NO – Saturday 18 April to Friday 24 April 2026
  • Spinnaker Maritime People & Culture Conference – London, UK – 13–14 May 2026
  • Crew Connect Global – Manila, PH – 20–22 October 2026

If you plan to be at any of these events and would like to meet, we’d be happy to connect.
