We are pleased to expand our footprint with the opening of a new office in Athens, Greece. This year also marks 20 years of supporting our clients in providing healthcare for seafarers and their families.
Until now, we have delivered this service from our sales office in Bergen; however, continued growth means it is the right time to expand. Demand for health coverage is increasing, and we are seeing strong growth in our client base.
Service excellence has always been our priority. To further strengthen the support we provide, we need to be closer to the world’s key shipping hubs—enabling us to better understand our clients’ requirements and the needs of seafarers.
Following a thorough assessment and careful evaluation of multiple locations, we chose Athens. Greece is one of the world’s most important maritime nations, making Athens a natural base to support our clients and partners in the region.
Our strategy is to grow while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect. Strengthening our local presence and working even more closely with existing and prospective clients will support our long-term growth ambitions. This expansion also helps ensure that more seafarers have timely access to medical treatment when it is needed.
We remain committed to helping our clients—current and new—support healthy and thriving crews. We believe that establishing a presence in Greece will enhance our service and responsiveness for clients in Greece and neighbouring countries.
