How do I log in to my membership profile?

As a member, you have access to your account through the member portal or the MBAS mobile application. To log in, you must first activate your account. If you have not already, you can follow the step-by-step guide on how to register here. Once you have registered, you can log in using the guide below.

Please be informed that in Februrary 2026, to enhance account security for our members, Marine Benefits updated the verification method for the member portal and mobile application from SMS to email. Please note that during this transition, members will be required to re‑register their account details, which may be why you are getting a ‘No user found’ error. Please view our FAQ.
