The list of hospitals available to you can be found within the member portal.
Please note: You may only receive treatment at a hospital within your country of residence.
Desktop
Step 1: Log in to the portal. On the home page, click on the ‘Find a hospital’ option under shortcuts or the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Input your search area (f.ex: Manila) and click on the search icon.
Please note: You may only avail treament in your country of residence.
Step 3: You will no be presented with a list of available hospitals, along with relevant information if available. Please look through them.
Mobile App
Step 1: Log in to the Marine Benefits App. Tap on the ‘Accredited Hospitals’ icon.
Optional: Tap ‘Allow’ to let the app use your location to automatically find the nearest hospitals. (Note: This is not required).
Step 2: Tap on a hospital icon for more information. Alternatively, search for hospitals by city or name, in the top banner. Enter your location or term and hit search.
From the ‘more info’ tap you can proceed to call or visit the hospital’s website.
